ACCOUNT OPENING PROCESS AND DOCUMENTS :

  • STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE FOR OPENING OF TRADING ACCOUNT :
    • Step-1 Please contact the Whole-Time Directors.
    • Step-2 The KYC – Account opening forms can be obtained in physical form at the Dealing and Administrative office.
    • Step-3 Complete the KYC and account opening forms in all aspects and submit the Proof of Identity, Address & PAN card Copy along with all the relevant documents.
    • Step-4 Your form and documents will be verified. On verification, you will be asked for any other information which is required in addition to the submitted data.
    • Step-5 If the submitted forms are in order along with the supporting documents, In-person-verification shall be done by the Company.
    • Step-6 If the same is satisfactory, the account of the client will be set up and a Unique Client Code(UCC) shall be allotted. The client shall receive a copy of the submitted forms and documents from the Company.

Prospective Client approaches the Whole-Time Directors of the Company

If mutually agreeable to establish Client – Broker relationship then provide the physical copy of the KYC – Account opening forms to prospective Client

Submission of KYC – Account opening forms along with supporting documents by prospective Client to the Company

Forms and Document verification in all aspects will be done by the Company. If on verification any further information is required, the same shall be requested to the prospective client

If all the information in the forms and supporting documents submitted are found in order, then in-person-verification shall be done by the Company

If the in-person-verification is found to be satisfactory, the account of the client will be set up and he shall be allotted a Unique Client Code (UCC)

ATTENTION INVESTORS :

  1. Stock Brokers can accept securities as margin from clients only by way of pledge in the depository system w.e.f. September 01, 2020.
  2. Update your email id and mobile number with your stock broker / depository participant and receive OTP directly from depository on your email id and/or mobile number to create pledge.
  3. Pay 20% upfront margin of the transaction value to trade in cash market segment. Investors may please refer NSE Circular No. NSE/INSP/45191 dated July 31, 2020 and NSE Circular No. NSE/INSP/45534 dated August 31, 2020 and other guidelines issued from time to time in this regard.
  4. Check your securities / MF / bonds in the consolidated account statement issued by NSDL/CDSL every month.
